For over 20 years, Weegar-Eide staff have been providing Class I injection well services in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, and Illinois including extensive experience regarding the regulatory structure for state and federal UIC programs.
In addition, we have worked on unconventional resources projects for the energy industry including, natural gas and acid gas storage well projects, EOR projects, and hydrogeological studies.
Weegar-Eide staff have worked closely with regulatory agencies to successfully obtain state and federal permits for Class I hazardous and non-hazardous injection wells throughout the United States including successful United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) “no migration petition” demonstrations for land banned wastes. In addition, we have worked on projects to successfully obtain aquifer exemptions for Class I and Class III wells.
